Incredible la atención al cliente Me acabo de mudar a Miami y la verdad que no tenia ni idea como sacar un seguro medico y tampoco entendía el sistema. Tuvimos una llamada de 2 horas y media donde juntos fuimos miramos el market place de seguros, mirando todos tipos de seguros medicos y ella me explicaba lo que significaba cada cosa. Yo soy diabético tipo 1 y me ayudo a elegir el mejor seguro para mi, exactamente lo que queria. Les quiero compartir mi experiencia con Lisse Dickson de hace mas de 3 años, la realidad es que tengo una condicion que requiere de un buen seguro medico donde yo pueda entender y saber que estoy cubierto pero como bien saben hoy dia no existe quien se comprometa a brindarte un servicio de calidad y te guie paso a paso a tomar la decision correcta con el seguro medico correcto porque como bien saben hay quienes estan por vocacion y otros por hacerte quedar mal , y de esta manera quiero darle la seguridad y la confianza ciegamente en que pueden contar con los servicios ya sea para la situacion que tenga.
